SUNIX ECSA24J is a single chip, one-lane PCI Express to one-port Serial ATA II 3.0 Gb/s host card. It was created to meet the need of the ExpressCard market where notebook, desktop, and docking station could add two additional external Serial ATA II ports via a single slim-type 34mm wide ExpressCard slot. ECSA24J is fully compatible with Serial ATA Generation 2 specification and it allows you to access Serial-ATA mobile external and internal storage to your computer, such as SATA Disk Array Box, SATA RAID Enclosure, or external storage and ATAPI peripheral.
